- Summary: The IT Systems & Support Administrator is responsible for providing IT support to U.S. employees, including both office-based and remote employees, while supporting corporate IT systems and technology operations. The role serves as a primary onsite IT resource for the Houston office and partners closely with India-based IT and Cybersecurity teams, People & Culture (P&C), and other G&A functions.

- Success in this role requires strong technical capability, customer service, ownership, and a partnership mindset, with the judgment and flexibility to support evolving business and technology needs as they arise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

IT & Employee Support

- Provide responsive technical support to U.S. employees.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, access, and other technology issues through resolution.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

- Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including equipment, system access, and asset deployment/collection.

- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support requests in accordance with established processes and SLAs.

Systems, Security & Global IT

- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, device management, and related enterprise technologies.

- Partner with and support India-based IT and Cybersecurity teams on systems administration, security, access management, escalations, and global technology initiatives.

- Support system-access audits and security/compliance requirements.

- Assist with endpoint, network, server, and other systems administration activities.

Onsite Technology & G&A Partnership

- Serve as a primary onsite IT resource for the Houston office, supporting workstations, conference rooms, shared technology, and other hands-on technical needs.

- Provide end-to-end technology support for onsite events and peak business periods, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, all-employee events, and office moves.

- Partner with P&C and other G&A teams on workplace support, including office technology setup and monitoring, desk technology readiness, equipment setup/moves, and light physical support such as workstation equipment, sit/stand desk controls, and small office furniture.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in IT support, systems administration, desktop support, or a similar corporate IT environment.

- Hands-on experience supporting employee technology, hardware, workstations, and conference room technology.

- Experience with Google Workspace administration and support, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Groups, and user/access management.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, SSO/MFA, Zoom, and device management.

- Working knowledge of networking, endpoint management, and related IT infrastructure.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.

- Ability to independently prioritize support needs and projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements

- Occasional support outside standard business hours may be required for business-critical needs or planned company events.

- Requires regular movement throughout the office and the ability to lift, carry, move, and set up IT and workplace equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

- Requires occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to install, connect, move, or troubleshoot technology equipment, and to move or adjust office furniture as needed.
