Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer Inc., one of the fastest growing IT companies in the world, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to provide and promote vendor partners’ software solutions on Supermicro platforms. This role will be working closely with engineering, Sales, BD, vendor partners, and internal teams to understand customer requirements and deliver integrated hardware and software solutions. It will also provide technical training and solution support to help Sales and BD teams develop opportunities and generate revenue for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide vendor partners’ software solutions on Supermicro hardware platforms.
- Work with internal teams and partners to develop and optimize hardware and software solutions for AI workloads and data center environments.
- Promote vendor partners’ software solutions and Supermicro hardware solutions through presentations, demos, training, and technical materials.
- Provide technical expertise and solution recommendations to help Sales and BD teams develop opportunities and generate revenue.
- Train Sales, BD, and internal teams on vendor partners’ software and Supermicro AI solutions.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including customer questions, solution design, deployment, and technical issue resolution.
- Work with engineering, product, support, vendor partners, and other teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, AI solutions, software, system engineering, or related technical roles.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, AI software, and enterprise AI solutions like vendor partners’ AI technologies.
- Experience in promoting AI software solutions through presentations, demos, training, and technical materials to sales, BD, and internal teams.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Ability to work in a highly interactive, cross-functional collaborative environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Salary Range
$170,000 - $185,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
