Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting the end-to-end security lifecycle across the VA enterprise. You will support the design and development of security reference architectures, solution architects, architectural analysis, models, security patterns, and governance frameworks. You will also support technical workstreams to ensure consistent delivery of security outcomes and architectural alignment.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage program operations across a variety of tasks

- Act as central point of contact for Government and company leadership in the support of contract activities.

- Ensure compliance with contract requirements including project timelines and deliverables

- Support project scope and initiatives across the Veterans Affairs mission requirements

- Support budget planning and funding

- Coordinate efforts across government personnel, contractors and, and vendors

Qualifications
Required:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.

- Certification in one or more of the following: Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III, Information Assurance Management (IAM) III or Information Assurance System Architects and Engineers (IASAE) III certifications.

IAT III/ IAM III / IASAE III certifications may be substituted for a relevant Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience

- Minimum of 10 years of Information Security Experience of which at least 5 years are of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a large Government agency similar in size/scope to GSA, IRS, DoD or VA.

- Expertise in project management, security architecture and security engineering with ability to translate customer requirements and relay them to the team.

- Expertise in managing IT and Cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation efforts.

- Expertise in security solutions in federal and/or commercial industry.

- Expertise with Federal A&A and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities.

- Expertise in cybersecurity architecture and engineering requirements and authorizations (FedRAMP/RMF)

- Expertise in Federal policies, processes, and standards.

- Must be a US citizen

Desired:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
