Job Description
- Help draft, update, and distribute daily/weekly production schedules and project timelines.
- Input, verify, and update production data, order status, and milestones in scheduling/ERP software.
- Monitor manufacturing or project progress and report deviations, delays, or supply gaps to the Master Scheduler.
- Relay schedule adjustments and material requirements to production floor supervisor.
- Compile basic metrics, status reports, and schedule adherence data using spreadsheets or database tools.
- Execute high volume data entry to updated production orders, material requirements, BOM's and routing steps in the ERP system.
Qualification Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 2+ years of administrative, manufacturing, or data entry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Proficient in Google Suite with a focus on Google Sheets.
- High typing speed and data input accuracy with a proven ability to handle repetitive, high-volume digital workflows without losing attention to detail.
- Monitor day to day progress, and flag potential bottlenecks to the master production schedule stays on track.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion may be required to climb, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Vision abilities required to do this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk regularly on the phone and in person. Requires frequent sitting, standing or walking.
