About this role
Essential Duties
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Help maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
- Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
- Picking up Trash around the Grounds
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
- Performs other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and Reliable Attendance
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
