As pricing becomes an increasingly important part of business decision making, the organization requires stronger analytical capabilities to improve visibility, support prioritization, and enable more consistent execution across regions and business lines.
The Senior Manager, Global Pricing Analytics, will work closely with commercial, finance, pricing, and technology teams to build analytical capabilities, establish meaningful performance insights, and support data-driven decision making. This role will help ensure leaders have the information, tools, and recommendations needed to improve execution and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Data Foundation & Architecture
- Lead development of a global pricing data foundation across Services, Repair, Modernization, and New Equipment businesses.
- Partner with Digital Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to improve pricing-related data, reporting, and analytical capabilities across enterprise systems.
- Define data standards, business requirements, and governance practices that support consistent measurement, reporting, and commercial decision making.
- Translate complex pricing requirements into practical, executable requirements for DT and data-engineering teams.
Measurement & Pricing Intelligence
- Partner with Finance and Pricing teams to develop price realization, discount leakage and margin performance metrics for the different lines of business.
- Create visibility into pricing opportunities, execution gaps, realization performance, and commercial risks globally.
- Build pricing scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews that drive accountability and action.
- Measure the business impact of pricing initiatives from launch through realized financial outcomes.
Decision Science
- Partner with DT Data Science team to develop segmented and differentiated pricing strategies.
- Establish decision-support methodologies that improve annual price planning, deal prioritization, and opportunity selection.
- Partner with pricing, commercial, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable pricing capabilities and operational execution.
Commercial Insights & Opportunity Management
- Convert complex pricing and commercial data into actionable recommendations for regional pricing and business leaders.
- Identify pricing leakage, underpriced portfolios, renewal opportunities, and margin expansion actions.
- Develop opportunity pipelines that help regions focus resources on the highest-value pricing actions.
- Enable commercial teams to make faster and more informed pricing decisions.
Commercial Enablement & Adoption
- Partner with Pricing, DT, Finance, and commercial teams to enhance pricing capabilities, workflows, and business decision support
- Equip regional pricing teams with dashboards, opportunity reports, segmentation tools, and analytical recommendations.
- Establish the analytical foundation supporting future pricing decision-support capabilities.
- Create repeatable analytical processes that scale globally while reducing manual effort and dependency on external resources.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategy, or related commercial function.
- 3+ years of experience developing analytical models, pricing insights, reporting frameworks, or decision-support capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in complex B2B industrial, capital equipment, building technologies, or recurring service businesses.
- Strong pricing background with experience in price realization measurement, margin analytics, discount management, and pricing performance improvement.
- Experience designing and building harmonized commercial data models across CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to define segmentation frameworks, business rules, and analytical methodologies that improve commercial decision making.
- Proven track record translating complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and prioritized pricing opportunities rather than reporting outputs.
- Experience partnering effectively with Digital Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced statistical techniques to improve commercial decision making preferred.
This role will help strengthen Otis' pricing capabilities by improving the quality of commercial insights, business decision making, and performance visibility across the enterprise. Success will be measured by the adoption of data-driven decision making, improved price realization and margin performance, stronger commercial execution, and the organization's ability to translate insights into measurable business value.
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
