How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Join a collaborative team of five providers caring for patients of all ages.
- Schedule: Full Time; Clinic hours are 7am-5pm M-F. Two Saturday mornings a month are required.
- Call structure: No call
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Access to on-site lab
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies.
- Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care. Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or
job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
