You rarely get to decide between more money and more time off, but here you do. Choose the Anesthesiology Position That Fits You
- Most time off: a $700,000 salary with 20 weeks off per year, at either of two Level II trauma centers. This position has in-house call.
- Highest salary: a $783,000 salary with 17 weeks off at a Level II trauma center. You also work three extra weeks a year, paid hourly, and a medical director option is available.
- Home call, great time off: a $650,000 salary with 17 weeks off at a Level IV trauma hospital. Call is taken from home, with no in-house nights.
- Maximize income with home call: a $760,000 salary with 10 weeks off at the same Level IV trauma hospital.
Every position follows a set rotation of day-shift weeks, call weeks, and weeks off, so you know your schedule well in advance. Full shift details are reviewed during a confidential call.

- Guaranteed annual salary from $650,000 to $783,000
- Up to 20 weeks of scheduled time off per year
- All hours outside scheduled shifts are paid at $350 per hour
- Medical director positions add $30,000 per year on top of salary
