📍 Wilton, CT We're seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Commissioning Manager to oversee the planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover of high-profile construction projects across healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, manufacturing, and commercial facilities. What You'll Do

- Manage MEP construction, commissioning, and turnover activities from pre-construction through closeout.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and controls system installation and startup.
- Coordinate commissioning activities, functional testing, system validation, and owner turnover.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and equipment procurement.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience as an MEP Project Manager, Commissioning Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Life Safety systems.
- Experience with commissioning, startup, turnover, and MEP coordination.
- Ideal experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, mission-critical, or commercial construction.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and related construction software.
- OSHA 30 preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
