Job Summary
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Director of Protestant Music Ministries to provide music support for Protestant worship services at Dover Air Force Base.
Duties
- Provide music for weekly Protestant worship services.
- Lead and coordinate weekly music rehearsals.

- Direct and support volunteer choir members and musicians.
- Coordinate music selections with chapel leadership.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled worship services.
- Support special services, meetings, and chapel events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading music in a Protestant congregational worship setting.
- Proficiency in directing and performing Protestant worship music.
- Knowledge of Protestant worship traditions and services.
- Ability to recruit, organize, and lead volunteer choir members.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be available for an in-person musical audition at Dover AFB .
