How the Retail and F&B Ambassador works with the Team:
This position will be a hybrid role between being a Retail Ambassador working the retail store, providing guests with information, assisting in sales, and product knowledge. as well as being a F&B Ambassador in our Cafe making pancakes, hot chocolate, coffee, and other items.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Retail Ambassador
- Assist guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Comply with all Big SNOW retail department standard operating procedures.
- Keep the store and work area clean, orderly and neat in appearance.
- Operate the POS system.
- Follow all loss prevention policies.
- Follow all merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct cycle count inventories quickly and accurately at the request of the manager.
- Report out of stock items to supervisors
- Re-stock merchandise when needed.
- Complete service guideline checklists daily.
- Be aware of weekly sales and promotions in all stores. Change signage and/or perform markdowns as needed.
- Support our mission through consistent teamwork, a positive employee experience, earned customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best.
- Present a well-groomed image and wear the appropriate uniform and nametag at all times when on duty.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Guide and Manager
F&B Ambassador
- Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a food or drink choice by performing a menu tour
- Serve the guests selections in a manner that is consistent with Big SNOW policies and procedures
- Perform quick and accurate credit card transactions for food and drink purchases
- Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
- Maintain proper sanitary protocols for the workspace and guest space
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services Big SNOW Provides
- Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer/Guide

Team Member Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail sales associate experience is preferred
- Previous F&B experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor
- Willingness to work as part of a team
