# Job Description
The Cleaning Operator is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of Hypak SCF Syringe Processing areas. This includes SCF Barrel Clean Rooms, Finals Inspection area, Stopper Clean Rooms, RNS Clean Rooms and Gowning Rooms. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Job Grade: JG1-H05
PCP Level: 3
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clean SCF, RNS, Stopper, Finals Inspecting, Casepack, and Window Load areas.
2. Stock jumpsuits, gowns, hoods, gloves, and masks in the Clean Rooms.
3. Replace sticky mats as assigned per schedule
4. Use power sweeper every day in all areas.
5. Lead the activity of the cleaning crews during July and December shutdowns.
6. Respond to and coordinate cleaning efforts due to Clean Room depressurization.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
- HS/GED or 2 years' experience in lieu of education
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Minimum Experience:
- Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred.
