Clean Team is seeking motivated Commercial Cleaners to maintain high-quality cleanliness standards for our commercial client facilities. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for businesses across our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and office equipment.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and client site policies.
- Work independently or alongside teammates to complete assigned daily task lists efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and consistency.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
- Detail-Oriented: A thorough eye for cleanliness and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Experience: Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required -we provide comprehensive, hands-on training from day one to set you up for success!
