We are actively seeking skilled care professionals who are not only confident with hands-on personal care, fall-risk support, and transfers —but who also understand that excellent care doesn't mean automatically doing everything for someone. We are seeking care pros who provide gentle encouragement, do not rush through tasks, and keep a routines familiar so our clients can remain in the comfort of their homes.

$1.00/hr Additional for Weekend Hours

Schedule:

Critical need for Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 4 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm

Weekday Shift Fill Ins Also Available

Overnight Shifts from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance plus reliable transportation

Continuity in homes is critical so must be willing to commit to weekly schedule

What You Will Do:

- Safely guide and assist clients with transfer, mobility and movement through the home

- Utilize a gait belt to ensure safe transfer when directed by care plan

- Support with personal cares including showering/bathing, toileting, incontinence, grooming,dressing and hygiene

- Prepare balanced meals and snacks based on individual dietary needs

- Focus on doing household tasks and activities WITH the clients, encouraging independence rather than taking it away

- Encourage and provide guidance for established exercise or therapy plans

- Use dementia- care experience to navigate cognitive changes and communicate with patience and respect

- Comfortable assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and willing to provide transportation when required

- Maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, household organization, laundry, and routine household tasks
