Overview
Performs in-process and for release product analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform environmental monitoring, sample collection, testing and result reporting
- Perform laboratory experiments including bioburden analysis of devices and solutions, media growth promotion, and analysis of biological indicators
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality, monitors own work to ensure quality
- General laboratory functions such as inventory, control and ordering of laboratory supplies, equipment preventive maintenance, general laboratory housekeeping, and chemical and biohazard waste disposal
- Practice good documentation practices associated with the generation of raw data, data entry and reporting
- Perform and document required training to perform job function
Pay range $28.00-$30.00 per hour plus bonus. The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting. The actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of related experience.
Posses the ability to learn on the job and develop critical thinking skills.
Microsoft Office
Fluent in English.
