Industrial Color is seeking a talented, highly organized Graphic Designer to join the US creative team of a leading global cosmetics brand known for its bold, trend-driven approach and strong connection with Gen Z consumers.
This is a fast-paced, production-focused position supporting creative execution across major US retail chains. We're looking for someone with a strong design eye, exceptional attention to detail and the technical skills to manage high volumes of artwork accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands contemporary visual culture and enjoys translating creative campaigns into polished, production-ready retail materials.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and adapt creative assets for major US retail chains, including in-store displays, promotional graphics, signage and point-of-sale materials.
- Manage high-volume artwork production, resizing and adapting existing creative across multiple retail formats and specifications.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready mechanical files, ensuring artwork meets retailer specifications and production requirements.
- Execute artwork revisions, product updates and campaign adaptations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Review and proof all artwork meticulously, ensuring accuracy across typography, product imagery, dimensions, color and layout.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing and retail teams to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized production files, templates and version control.
- Stay connected to Gen Z beauty culture, emerging design trends and the evolving retail landscape.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, consumer goods or retail.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong experience in retail production, mechanical artwork, file preparation and print-ready deliverables.
- Excellent typography, layout and graphic design fundamentals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high volumes of production work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative and marketing teams.
- A genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, pop culture and Gen Z consumer trends.
- Experience producing artwork for major US retailers is highly desirable.

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
