We currently searching for part time Groundskeeper candidates for La Vista.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily

- Responsible for the exterior curb appeal

- To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community

- Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical

- Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve

- To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special

- To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.

- To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing

- To assist residents with special

- To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community

- Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing

Education and Work Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma / GED

- 2+ years of grounds experience preferred

- Multifamily experience preferred

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00
