Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hill International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Houston, or Dallas Texas

Hill International is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across our Southern and Western U.S Region. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of technical positions.

- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisition workload and balancing competing priorities.
- Experience developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills in a competitive talent market.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
