Global Quality Engineer-North America:

- A strong technical background in engineering, materials science, or a related field

- Hands-on experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies

- Ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems and standards across global sites

- Leading root cause analysis and driving effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues

- Supporting new product development and process changes by providing quality expertise and risk assessmentsCollaborating with cross-functional teams—including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial—to achieve quality objectives

- Managing customer and supplier quality requirements, including audits, documentation, and resolution of complaints

- Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

- Promoting a culture of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the organization

- Providing training and guidance on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Representing the company in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards

- Supporting global harmonization of quality processes and sharing best practices across regions

You will bring:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality engineering within the composites, advanced materials, or specialty chemicals industries.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements relevant to composites manufacturing.

- Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

- Experience with customer and supplier quality management, including audits, complaint resolution, and corrective actions.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Authorization to work in the United States.

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 to $123,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.

- Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:

- This position is based on the Central region of the United States.

- Remote work is possible, with 1-2 days periodic on-site presence as required.
