Role summary

As a Delivery Lead, you will run one of our fund services teams in Sydney. Each team is a small, cross functional group of registry, investor services and fund accounting specialists that serves a set of fund manager clients end to end. You are the point of contact for every client in your team, and the project manager for the work the team does for them.

You will run the team's daily standup, set priorities, keep the team focused and motivated, and make sure the work gets done on time and right. You will work with our data engineering, product engineering and internal tooling teams to fix problems and help your team work better.

This is a new role. The best Delivery Leads are organised, detail driven and trusted by clients. They come to every meeting prepared, take the notes, put the actions in place and see them through.

What you'll do:

- Be the day to day point of contact for every client your team serves. Client requests, questions and changes come to you, and you decide who in the team picks them up.
- Run the team's daily standup: client needs, priorities and blockers for the day, with an owner for every blocker.
- Plan and track the team's work across distributions, statements, investor communications and registry events, so deadlines are met and nothing is missed.
- Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates, and bring in the right people quickly when something goes wrong.
- Work with our data engineering team to diagnose and fix data issues.
- Work with our product engineering teams to feed back your team's ideas for improvements and fixes to the Caruso platform and our AI agent layer.
- Work with our internal tooling team to build new tools outside the Caruso platform that help your team move faster, be more accurate and deliver a better experience for clients and investors.
- Keep each client's business rules, processes and checklists documented and current, so the team runs the same way whoever is in.
- Partner with each client's Customer Success Manager, who owns the commercial relationship.
- Partner with Implementation to get new clients onboarded and set up from a services perspective.
- Work with the other Delivery Leads to share what works and improve how every team runs.

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in a client facing delivery role such as project management, implementation, client services or consulting, ideally in SaaS, fintech or financial services.
- Strong organisation and follow through. You run a tight plan, keep good notes and close the loop.
- Detail driven and analytical. You are comfortable with spreadsheets and data, and you notice when a number or a process looks wrong.
- Technical enough to solve problems. You can work through an issue with a data or engineering team and explain the trade offs to a client, without needing to be an engineer.
- Confident with clients. You build trust quickly with fund managers, CFOs and operations teams, and stay calm under pressure.
- Someone people want to work with. You keep a team motivated and focused, and you lead by example.
- Curiosity for how AI and modern tooling can improve client outcomes and ways of working. We are building this into how we operate.
- A registry or fund administration background is a plus, but not required.
