What You'll Do

As a Clinical Logistics & Supply Coordinator, you will help support clinical research studies through inventory management, shipping coordination, and site support activities. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, package, and ship laboratory kits according to study specifications
- Receive, process, store, and distribute clinical study supplies and medical devices
- Perform quality checks on assembled kits and outgoing shipments
- Apply labels and support kitting and packaging operations
- Assist with inventory control and material handling activities
- Support shipping, return, and destruction processes for study materials
- Coordinate logistics activities for clinical studies with minimal supervision
- Investigate and resolve shipment or supply-related issues
- Recommend solutions to improve logistics processes and efficiency

Administrative Support

- Enter orders and site information into internal systems
- Maintain accurate shipping and study records
- Generate invoices and other supporting documentation
- Provide clerical and administrative support to logistics teams

Site & Customer Support

- Serve as a point of contact for clinical research sites
- Respond to site inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Assist with sample processing and shipping questions
- Research and resolve issues, discrepancies, and exceptions
- Escalate concerns when necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Document communications and follow established procedures

Qualifications

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

- Experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, customer service, or administrative support
- Experience working in a regulated or process-driven environment

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to move and transport materials as needed
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
