Loom Remodelers is seeking experienced, professional bath installation subcontractors to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in bathroom remodeling, acrylic bath systems, carpentry, and plumbing, we want to hear from you.
Our installers play a critical role in delivering exceptional bathroom transformations and creating outstanding customer experiences. We provide a steady flow of projects, allowing you to focus on what you do best: quality installations and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As a Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the complete installation of our bath remodeling products, including:
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Bathtub replacements
- Shower replacements
- Acrylic wall surrounds
- Shower bases and accessories
You will perform all aspects of the installation process, including:
- Tear-out and removal of existing fixtures
- Site preparation and job setup
- Installation according to manufacturer standards
- Basic plumbing and finish carpentry work
- Final cleanup and customer walkthrough
- Ensuring every project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of bath remodeling or acrylic wall-system installation experience
- Experience with Bath Concepts, Prime Baths, or similar bath systems preferred
- Strong carpentry, trim carpentry, and basic plumbing skills
- Ability to accurately measure and complete installations with minimal callbacks
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work

- Own professional installation tools
- Reliable truck or cargo van
- Valid driver's license
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Ability to complete and submit required job documentation and project photos
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor Position
- Pay: 15% of the total sold job amount
- Average job value: $15,000
- Average earnings: Approximately $2,250 per completed project
