About the Role
Loom Remodelers is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation operations throughout Cherry Hill, South Jersey, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in remodeling, construction management, or installation operations who can oversee projects from sale through completion while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation operations from sold job to completed bathroom project
- Schedule and oversee installers and subcontractors
- Verify measurements and ensure installation readiness
- Order, track, and coordinate materials for upcoming projects
- Conduct quality-control inspections and maintain installation standards
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
- Coordinate service calls and post-installation follow-up
- Review customer contracts and installation requirements
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting installation crews
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of remodeling, construction, or installation management experience
- Experience scheduling and managing crews or subcontractors
- Hands-on bath remodeling or acrylic wall system installation knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with project coordination, materials management, and quality assurance is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary , based on experience
