The AI Platform Owner is responsible for the governance, administration, stability, scalability, and long-term health of Pomerleau's AI platforms, including Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Copilot. The role manages platform access, license allocation, environment controls, usage monitoring, cost oversight, development guardrails, integration patterns, and operational risk mitigation. This person is expected to take high initiative: proactively monitoring platform activity, identifying risks before they become issues, enforcing platform rules, and ensuring AI deployment happens in a secure, compliant, cost-conscious, and scalable way.
What you will do

• Define and maintain platform standards, development rules, administrative controls, and best practices across Foundry and Copilot.
• Manage platform access, roles, permissions, license allocation, and user lifecycle processes in partnership with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and govern environment strategies, including development, testing, sandbox, production, workspace, and tenant-level rules.
• Monitor platform usage, license consumption, cost drivers, capacity, performance, reliability, and adoption patterns, and proactively flag optimization opportunities.
• Own platform governance processes, audits, and compliance with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, legal, and responsible AI requirements.
• Oversee platform-level risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are defined, implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
• Define approved integration and connector patterns and govern access to enterprise data, external systems, AI models, and sensitive capabilities.
• Proactively review platform activity, identify unusual usage or emerging risks, and coordinate corrective actions before issues affect users, costs, security, or compliance.
• Partner with Product Leads, Tech Leads, and IT stakeholders to support solution design and ensure adherence to platform standards. The operating model positions the Platform Owner alongside product teams as the owner of platform rules and standards.
• Develop enablement materials, guidance, and reusable assets that accelerate delivery while maintaining governance.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities and maintain the roadmap for enterprise AI platforms.

This role could be for you if you have

• Experience administering enterprise platforms, cloud services, AI ecosystems, or business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing access, permissions, licenses, environments, usage monitoring, cost controls, and operational processes.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, architecture, responsible AI, and operational best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Palantir Foundry, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated initiative in proactively monitoring platforms, identifying risks, enforcing standards, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance innovation, governance, scalability, cost discipline, and risk management.
