In addition to primary funding duties, this role provides backup support to the closing team by reviewing executed closing packages and uploading documents to our lending software as needed.

This is a full time role in our Boca Raton Headquarters office.

Responsibilities:

● Handle returned wires, complete required security verifications, make sure funds are returned to the correct accounts, and update the loan system once issues are resolved.

● Review all funding requirements before closing, calculate the final amount to be wired, confirm settlement agent instructions and ensure funds are released on time.

● Provide backup support to the Closing Team during busy periods and assist with other closing and funding responsibilities as needed.
