What You’ll Do :

- Be the Hub of Communication : Greet visitors, manage calls, and ensure messages reach the right people promptly
- Master the Calendar : Coordinate and maintain the Director’s schedule, keeping commitments organized and on time
- Own the Details : Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records for payroll, training, and vendor contacts
- Keep Operations Flowing : Organize departmental files, track inventory, and support purchasing needs
- Drive Team Success : Assist with meeting planning, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the Food & Beverage division running at its best
- Champion Excellence : Promote teamwork, uphold safety standards, and maintain a polished, professional work environment
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include :

- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative roles, preferably in food and beverage operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
