About this role

Description

As an AWS Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), you'll guide customers through their multi-year AI & cloud transformation journey, ensuring seamless collaboration across AWS teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, orchestrating strategy and execution while solving complex cloud adoption challenges at scale.

Key job responsibilities
- You will partner with customers to understand their cloud adoption goals and guide them through each phase of their transformation journey, from initial planning through operational excellence.
- You will coordinate across AWS teams to ensure aligned execution, breaking down silos between sales, support, solutions architecture, and professional services to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- You will develop and manage customer engagement plans that translate strategic objectives into actionable milestones, tracking progress and adjusting approaches based on business outcomes.
- You will lead customer business reviews and executive briefings that communicate progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded AWS adoption and innovation.
- You will identify and advocate for new AWS services and solutions that address customer needs, bringing creative approaches and tools to solve complex technical and operational challenges.

A day in the life
In this role, you'll work directly with customers navigating their AI & cloud adoption, helping them understand the operational, educational, and governance aspects of their AWS journey. You'll coordinate across multiple teams—including sales, support, solutions architecture, and professional services—to plan and support large-scale workload migrations. Your day might include translating strategic customer initiatives into executable plans, leading business reviews and executive briefings, or facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions that align technical solutions with business goals. You'll also identify opportunities to introduce new AWS services and tools that address emerging customer challenges, working collaboratively with your peers to drive innovation and operational excellence.
