Product Manager: Auto Litigation Support, On-Road Incident Management (ORIM)

Worldwide Logistics Insurance & Claims is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products supporting excess auto claims handling and auto litigation support across Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. This role sits within the On-Road Incident Management (ORIM) organization and will focus on building scalable products and workflows that connect claims operations, legal teams, outside counsel, third-party administrators (TPAs), and insurers to improve outcomes across the full claims and litigation lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for excess auto claims and auto litigation support, including TPA integrations, claims workflow optimization, evidence collection tooling, and litigation discovery capabilities

Define and build workflows for litigation discovery, including the collection, organization, preservation, and production of core documents and evidence materials for internal legal teams and outside counsel

Design scalable evidence preservation processes that ensure data generated during incident response is captured at the point of origin and remains accessible and defensible throughout the litigation lifecycle

Partner with Legal, Claims, Insurance, Risk, and Operations teams to map end-to-end litigation support workflows, identifying gaps in evidence collection and document availability

Define and prioritize product requirements that improve claims intake, triage, investigation, litigation hold compliance, and discovery material organization for excess auto claims

Drive requirements for integrations with TPAs, insurance carriers, legal vendors, outside counsel, and case management systems

Build and maintain mechanisms that improve the completeness and accessibility of litigation discovery materials across the organization

Develop business cases and success metrics measuring impact on evidence completeness, discovery response times, claim outcomes, and cost reduction

Lead change management for new workflows, tools, and process changes that impact legal and claims stakeholders

A day in the life
Your day is fast-paced and cross-functional. You might start by reviewing claims metrics and TPA performance data, then facilitate a working session with legal operations and outside counsel to refine a litigation discovery workflow. After lunch, you meet with engineering to review the technical design for an evidence collection integration, ensuring it preserves chain-of-custody. Later, you prepare a product update for leadership, pulling together outcome data on discovery response times and evidence completeness. Throughout the day, you balance strategic product thinking with hands-on problem-solving, always working backwards from the needs of legal teams and claims stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of Digital Forensics & E-Discovery Law experience
- Experience in relevant industry fields like operations, risk, or fraud investigations
- Experience with claims management systems, excess insurance programs, TPAs, or case management platforms

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
