Build your orthodontic practice across four established Gentle Dental locations in Oregons Willamette Valley — with the patient access, team support, and resources of a large dental group while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice your way.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for a four-day workweek , established patient communities, and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice.

Your Practice Locations

Youll provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregons Willamette Valley:

What Were Looking For

- Orthodontic Residency Certificate

- Graduate of an accredited dental school

- Current Oregon dental license or ability to obtain an Oregon license by the time of employment

- Current required licenses and certifications, including CPR and NPI

- Strong commitment to quality patient care

- Collaborative approach to working with doctors and office teams

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
