Job Summary:
As a Trading Services Analyst within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trade positions and settlements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple functions, leveraging your analytical mindset to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Your contributions will help us deliver best-in-class service to our clients and support the ongoing evolution of our trading operations. Job Responsibilities:

- Upload market data to various risk management systems
- Perform reconciliations against market sources
- Conduct control reconciliations to verify trading positions across front, middle, and back office functions
- Investigate and resolve settlement and confirmation queries
- Produce management statistics and reports
- Complete operations projects and respond to ad hoc requests for new initiatives and technology enhancements
- Support new system implementations and process improvements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Strong logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes
- Understanding of process flows and system linkages, with a focus on streamlining and improving operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Previous experience in finance industry operations roles
- BA or BS degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in VBA
- Experience with risk management systems and reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation and process re-engineering
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn new technologies
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
