As a Client Management Support Manager within Chase Home Lending Correspondent you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and sales enablement for the Correspondent Client Management team. You will serve as a key partner to Client Management leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of business strategies, technology enhancements, product launches, and process improvements. You will combine strong project management, business process optimization, and change management expertise with a deep understanding of mortgage lending operations. As an individual contributor, you will play a highly visible role, partnering across multiple stakeholder groups to influence decisions, drive alignment, and deliver key business outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Partner with Data & Analytics teams to define reporting requirements, develop performance metrics, and deliver insights that support sales effectiveness and business decision-making.
- Serve as the business owner and administrator for Salesforce and other client relationship management tools, ensuring platforms effectively support Client Management objectives.
- Manage technology enhancement requests and prioritize initiatives based on strategic business needs, user feedback, and expected impact.
- Coordinate readiness, communication, training, and implementation activities for technology deployments, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies that drive user adoption and ensure successful integration of new processes, programs, and technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between Client Management, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and resolve business challenges.
- Gather feedback from client-facing teams, evaluate existing business processes, and recommend solutions that improve effectiveness, scalability, and engagement.
- Manage competing priorities and rapidly changing business demands while maintaining high-quality execution and meeting critical deadlines.
- Support key internal meetings, industry events, and client-facing initiatives as needed; limited travel may be required.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, correspondent lending, sales operations, strategy, business management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of correspondent lending products, pricing, secondary marketing, and operational processes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, Salesforce, including business administration, user adoption, and enhancement management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience; proficiency using data, reporting, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
