Lead Our Shipping & Logistics Operations

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory activities at our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, on-time customer deliveries, and compliance with customer and quality requirements. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

What You Will Do
- Manage daily outbound shipments and customer deliveries
- Coordinate inbound receipts of materials and supplies
- Schedule and manage LTL, FTL, parcel, and expedited freight
- Communicate directly with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries
- Process shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in IQMS
- Ensure compliance with customer shipping requirements
- Investigate shipping discrepancies and inventory issues
- Train and provide direction to shipping personnel
- Drive continuous improvement in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of shipping/logistics experience in manufacturing
- Prior supervisory or lead experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems; IQMS preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
- Knowledge of inventory control and shipping documentation
- ERP/IQMS experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the facility.
- Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment and conduct inspections as required.
Work Environment
- This position is primarily based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment and requires regular plant floor presence.
