Quality Engineer – Manufacturing Transfer
What will you do? • Lead and implement the following pillars for Siemens Electrification & Automation Quality Excellence organization for a new Location: Integrated Management Systems, Quality Culture, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. • Implement the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements on a new location. • Coordinate internal audits, external audits and certification audits for current Site and new Location. • Support audit preparation activities and ensure successful audit execution and closure for current and new location. • Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness verification activities. • Facilitate management reviews and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators. • Drive quality culture initiatives, awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities. • Coordinate training and competence development programs related to Quality Management Systems. • Lead risk and opportunity assessments and support action plan implementation. • Support Product Safety governance and compliance activities. • Manage new document control processes, procedures, work instructions and records throughout their lifecycle. • Facilitate process mapping, process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support implementation and governance of digital quality tools and platforms. • Drive digital transformation initiatives through SharePoint, Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence technologies. • Develop dashboards, reports and performance monitoring tools to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and Quality functions to improve process effectiveness and customer satisfaction. • Promote operational excellence, prevention mindset and sustainable business practices.
Responsibilities • Lead Quality Excellence on new projects focused on process simplification, standardization and digitalization. • Administer and continuously improve Quality Management System SharePoint platforms and digital repositories. • Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Artificial Intelligence solutions. • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional teams for process improvement and problem-solving activities. • Monitor compliance with corporate and regulatory quality requirements. • Promote adoption of innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience. • Act as Quality Excellence interface between Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Management teams. • What will you need to succeed? • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or related field). • Experience in Integrated Management Systems and Quality Excellence functions. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. • Experience leading internal, external and certification audits. • Experience managing non-conformities, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes. • Experience in quality documentation and document control systems. • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and process-based thinking. • Experience facilitating training, workshops and quality awareness programs. • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. • Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency. • Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work across functional and organizational boundaries. • Business English. • Additional skills and competencies • Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001). • Product Safety knowledge. • Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives. • Experience developing dashboards and KPI monitoring systems. • AI adoption, automation and process optimization experience. • Change management and organizational development experience. • Strong data analysis and structured decision-making capabilities. • Continuous improvement mindset focused on prevention, robustness and sustainability. • Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
