Job Summary:

Red Sky Golf Club is looking for motivated, team players to join our Golf Maintenance team. The Advanced: Golf Maintenance position is a great opportunity for candidates with golf maintenance or related experience. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent and helps to provide the best possible playing conditions for our members and guests each day. Red Sky offers a fast paced, fun and exciting work environment with lots of room for advancement and growth.

This is a seasonal position available from April through November, weather depending. Full and Part Time positions are available.

Red Sky Golf Club is an exclusive, 36-hole private/resort golf club located just 20 minutes from Vail in Wolcott, Colorado. Both golf courses are currently ranked in the top 10 of Golf Digest’s “Best Golf Courses in Colorado” and “America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses.”

Job Specifications :

- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

- Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

- Shift Type: Full Time hours available

- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

- Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

- General mowing on all areas of the golf course

- Golf course set-up, and cup cutting

- Irrigation Repair and Trouble Shooting

- Hand Watering of turf

- Bunker raking, and bunker maintenance

- Assistance in construction projects

- Supervision of small crew orientated tasks

- Assist in training of fellow employees

- Fertilizer/pesticide/fungicide product application

- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to perform physical labor

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to work in adverse weather and temperature conditions (snow, wind, rain, warm and cold)

- Attendance and punctuality are essential to this position. Shifts may start as early as 5:00am.

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
