- This position supports key business priorities, operational initiatives, executive communications, and strategic projects across the Lincoln organization.
- The successful candidate will partner closely with Lincoln leadership and cross-functional Ford teams, gaining broad exposure to the business while contributing to initiatives and activities that support organizational objectives.
- This role offers unique access to senior leaders, enterprise-wide collaboration, and opportunities to build business acumen and a broad professional network.

You'll have...

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in dealership operations, field operations, marketing, or a related business function with a track record of driving results and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into action.
- Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across organizations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- A proven track record of taking on complex tasks and being proactive as
- a self-starter
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex initiatives on track.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using AI-powered tools to support decision-making, communication, and operational effectiveness.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
