Inside the Role
The Organization Development Specialist III plays a key role in advancing DTNA’s performance culture, recognition strategy, and employee engagement efforts. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, internal communications, and global Daimler Truck counterparts to design and deliver practical, data-informed programs that support business priorities, strengthen talent performance, and improve employee experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Design, implement, and manage organizational performance and culture initiatives that are practical, engaging, and aligned with business strategy.
- Lead DTNA’s performance management program, Impact Compass Navigator, by developing tools, resources, and leader support materials that help employees and managers set clear goals, provide meaningful feedback, and align performance expectations to company objectives.
- Lead DTNA’s recognition program by building tools, resources, and campaigns that increase meaningful recognition and reinforce behaviors aligned with DTNA’s culture and business priorities.
- Analyze performance, engagement, recognition, and employee survey data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend practical actions for HR and business leaders.
- Design and facilitate leader webinars, training sessions, and focus groups that build understanding, support adoption, and create alignment around key culture and performance initiatives.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, internal communications, and global/regional stakeholders to execute effective change management and ensure programs are well understood, adopted, and sustained.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on market and industry trends in organizational development, culture, and leadership topics to ensure DTNA remains market competitive.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and 5+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or related HR function is required.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organization skills with demonstrated experience designing and leading company programs and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform organizational strategy.
- Proven ability to create engaging presentations and facilitate content for both virtual and in-person audiences.
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities.
- Experience managing external vendors and tracking program budgets.
- A continuous improvement mindset and interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance programs and ways of working.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including data management in Excel, and presentation building in PowerPoint.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance programs or ways of working
- Experience using Workday reporting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- PROSCI Change Management Certification
