Job Description

The Supply Chain & Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our manufacturing and distribution operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of materials throughout the organization. Through effective inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and receiving processes, we help deliver life-changing healthcare products to customers around the world.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience leveraging RFID technology for inventory control, cycle counting, and material tracking.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanning devices.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate material handling equipment safely.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification or prior experience operating material handling equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in a medical device warehouse environment, including product containment, quarantine, and release processes.
- Experience across receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping operations using SAP and RFID-enabled warehouse systems.

You'll make an impact by:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documentation.
- Accurately process transactions within SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Perform material movements, replenishments, and inventory transfers throughout the facility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment.
- Support cycle count activities and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse and storage locations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to meet business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is:

$33,500 - $46,068

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
