The Onsite Part Time Automotive Technician is the top of our maintenance team with a focus on diagnostic and repair. This role will work to keep all equipment in running condition through our effective preventative maintenance program, as well as taking on the responsibility of handling complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls. This position is a master technician and assumes a leadership role with product knowledge and a standard of quality.

What You’ll Get:

- Hourly Rate is $26.50 + median incentive is approximately $386/month, varies based on job performance
- Hawaii State Inspectors License: Additional $0.75 per hour if you possess a valid Hawaii State Inspectors License
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 paid at 180 and 360 days of employment)
- Annual Tool Allowance: Receive up to $650 per year toward work tools and equipment, with reimbursement available upon submission of valid purchase receipts

Education/Certification Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Trade School Preferred
- Obtain four (4) ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications within your first 2 years of employment

Professional Experience:

- At minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience

Knowledge:

- Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight
- Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

- Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
