Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities and projects.

- Support recruiting, interviewing, and new-hire onboarding activities.

- Maintain and organize employee records and HRIS information.

- Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes.

- Support employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave administration.

- Prepare HR documents, reports, spreadsheets, and employee communications.

- Assist with training, employee engagement, and HR projects.

- Support performance management and employee relations documentation under HR direction.

- Assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activities.

- Gain exposure to workplace safety and HR practices within a warehouse/distribution environment.

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Sophomore-Senior, currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

- Previous administrative experience is a plus.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
