About this role
Role Objective
The BIM Modeler shall be responsible for developing and managing high-quality BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting the delivery of coordinated design and construction documentation across multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage high-quality BIM models for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
•Ensure model accuracy, compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and coordination requirements.•Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and model-based deliverables in accordance with project schedules.
•Perform model reviews, clash resolution support, and coordination activities with multidisciplinary teams.
•Mentor junior modelers and provide technical guidance on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
•Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes within schedule and quality targets.
Qualifications & Experience
•Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture.
•5 plus Years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, design coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution
Software Skills: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and MS Office Suite.
