About this role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle HCM Atom Feeds, database technologies, and Unix/Linux scripting.
This role involves building scalable integration solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable HR technology integrations.
Experience with Informatica, MDM, ETL processes, and AI-enabled HCM capabilities will be an added advantage.
4-6 Years of Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM integration and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong hands-on experience with OIC integration flows, adapters, and connections
- Proven experience configuring and consuming Oracle HCM Atom Feeds
- Strong experience with real-time and batch API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM data to various downstream systems
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns
