About this role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes within the Teamcenter Easy Plan environment. The role will focus on analyzing business requirements, streamlining manufacturing engineering processes, supporting tool configuration, resolving system-related challenges, and ensuring successful deployment of process improvements across functions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Siemens support teams, regional manufacturing engineering teams, and Global Industrial Engineering teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for current and future programs.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- B.E./B.Tech with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR
- Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering.
Required Experience
- Experience in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Process Planning.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Experience in process development, process optimization, and business process implementation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
