Job Overview
We are looking for GTM Operations team members to join our fast-growing GTM team. This is a role for a sharp, scrappy operator who wants to learn the whole business by working in it. One month you might be cleaning up our CRM and building workflows, the next you might be running a hiring process, and the month after that you might be building a dashboard the C-suite uses every week.

You will work directly with founders and leaders across customer success, support, engineering, finance, and recruiting. This is not a narrow role with a fixed lane. You will own projects end to end, figure things out without a playbook, and go where the business needs you most.

You need to be genuinely curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by the idea that no problem is "not your job."

What You Might Work On
Your focus will shift as the company grows. You may dive into any of these areas:

- Hiring: Step in as an interim hiring manager, run interview loops, track the data, and manage agency and recruiter relationships.
- People Ops: Own employee onboarding, support HR processes, and help build the systems that keep a growing team running smoothly.
- Revenue Operations: Manage our sales tools, clean and maintain CRM data, and set up workflows and automations that make the GTM team faster.
- Customer and Support Operations: Partner with our success and support teams on scheduling, tracking, and process improvements, and help investigate customer issues across teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, finance, and leadership to unblock projects and keep things moving.
- Special Projects: Build dashboards and metrics for the C-suite, run analyses, and take on whatever high-priority project comes up next.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Ownership: Take projects from ambiguous idea to finished result with minimal oversight.
- Operational Execution: Keep the details straight: follow-ups, record-keeping, and coordination so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Systems Building: Spot broken or manual processes and replace them with clean, scalable workflows.
- Data and Insights: Build dashboards, track key metrics, and surface insights that help leadership make better decisions.
- Cross-Team Partnership: Work closely with founders and team leads, and be the person people rely on to get things done.
- Fast Learning: Quickly pick up new tools, domains, and workflows, including how home health works and where Roger fits into it.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience, with prior startup experience required. Backgrounds in operations, RevOps, BizOps, customer success, or similar roles are a strong fit.
- Fast Learner: Picks up unfamiliar domains, tools, and processes quickly. Healthcare exposure is a plus but not required.
- Detail Oriented: Catches the small things others miss, keeps clean records, and takes pride in precision.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, warm, and professional with teammates, candidates, customers, and leadership.
- Data Comfortable: Able to work in dashboards, CRMs, and spreadsheets, and use data to spot opportunities.
- Startup Generalist: Comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by mission, and energized by ownership in a fast-paced environment. Eager to jump into any part of the business and execute well.
