Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role will lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and application developers to build innovative solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering AI solutions at scale.

- Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Retail domains.
- Managing distributed global delivery teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-15 years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
- Azure AI Engineer, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or equivalent certifications preferred.
