Job brief:
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, running discovery sessions and turning business goals into clear requirements.
- Own delivery end to end with minimal oversight, from solution design through build, testing, deployment, and handover.
- Build full-stack applications with modern front ends (React/TypeScript) and back-end services and APIs (.NET, Node.js, or Python).
- Build and deploy Power Apps Code Apps, connecting them to Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents.
- Decide when a solution fits best as a custom full-stack app, a Code App, or a mix of both.
- Develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors to support end-to-end solutions.
- Design AI agents and build MCP servers that securely connect agents to business applications and data.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
- Apply ALM and DevOps best practices, including Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI deployments.
- Present demos and progress updates to business leaders, explaining technical trade-offs in plain language.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong skills in TypeScript/React and at least one back-end language (C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python).
- Experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered features integrated with real business systems.
- Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), including building or integrating MCP servers.
- Proven use of AI tools to build and test software without compromising quality.
- Track record of owning projects from requirements to production with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to business and executive audiences.
