Why this role is important to us

As part of Group IT, we are on a transformation journey to industrialize IT and help the rest of the organization to mature processes and efficiency. Group IT consists of around 90 skilled and motivated colleagues around the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Atlassian/Jira Administrator to help maintain, improve and roll-out Jira Service Management to various teams in our Business. Based in Manila, you will work with 2 other colleagues on the Atlassian Platform which, in SimCorp, consists of Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence. We are using the Atlassian Cloud version. You will join a team of 4 other colleagues in the Corporate Applications team within Enterprise Applications. This team handles, in addition to the Atlassian platform, various applications such as Monday.com, CLM, Miro, Docusign, and Integrations between systems. While your focus will be on the Atlassian Platform, you are expected to also learn some of the other applications to help ensure we have enough knowledge and availability in the team to cover for all applications.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

·       Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian platform and products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Administration)

·       Assets: Administer and maintain the JSM Assets (CMDB) schema, object types, and workflows

·       Customize projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, related schemes and notifications

·       Develop, design and maintain robust project/space and global automations to meet business requirements.

·       Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.

·       Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains

·       Create and contribute to both internal and end user documentation.

·       Onboard new users and stakeholders to the Atlassian platform by delivering training and briefing relevant teams on new features and functionality.

·       Take part in application support and maintenance tasks.

·       Propose ways to innovate and make our solutions more efficient.

·       Adhere to IT principles and suggest future changes.

·       Work on implementing the backlog of ideas, change requests, new releases, and enhancements.

What We Value:

·       3+ years of experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence)

·       Atlassian certifications (e.g., Managing Jira Service Project for Cloud, Jira Administration for Cloud, etc).

·       Experienced with Atlassian REST API, Jira Automation, Jira Query Language (JQL), and Asset Query Language (AQL)

·       Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems

·       Working knowledge of Agile (Kanban) methodologies

·       Highly service-oriented with a constructive attitude

·       Ability and willingness to learn and grow

·       You like to work in an environment where things go fast and where you play a key role in the achieved results and solutions

·       Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solution-focused approach.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks to help ensure deadlines are met

·       Good collaboration and communication skills in English

Other requirements:

Shift: EMEA hours

RTO: 2 days per week
