Map and maintain customer induction records, ensure portal certificates, licences and SWMS are kept current, and regularly report on induction progress and compliance performance. Embed new technology and systems to improve customer induction/portal performance, and analyse and investigate trends, variances and exceptions in induction compliance. Shift (APJ / EMEA / US / Any combination): APJ Reporting Manager : TBD Educational Background: Strong communication skill sets and data input / IT systems or website proficiency (essential); Project experience is preferred. Experience Required: 3+ years of administration experience (essential); 1+ years of portal or induction management and systems knowledge (preferred).
