Job Responsibilities:

In dieser Position übernimmst du die stabile und qualitätsgesicherte E/E-Inbetriebnahme und setzt deinen Fokus auf Fehleranalyse, Diagnose sowie die Optimierung von Prüf- und Inbetriebnahmeprozessen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Fehleranalyse und Diagnose von E/E-Systemen mit Monaco, CANalyzer, IS-Tester und weiteren Diagnosetools
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Traces sowie Analyse von CAN-, FlexRay- und LIN-Bussystemen und Datenloggern
- Bewertung und Plausibilisierung von Fehlerbildern , Ursachenidentifikation sowie Abstimmung mit Fehlermanagement und der Entwicklung
- Mitarbeit an Prüfablaufpaketen sowie Plausibilisierung, Optimierung und Absicherung von Prüf- und Inbetriebnahmevorschriften
- Analyse, Nachverfolgung und Koordination von Fehlern in der E/E-Inbetriebnahme mit Entwicklung, Prüftechnik, Montage und Produktion
- Sicherstellung von E/E-Produktionsanforderungen sowie Prozess- und Reifegradabsicherung in Produktion und Projekt
- Einsteuerung und Nachverfolgung von Abstellmaßnahmen sowie Dokumentation, Kommunikation und strukturiertes Fehlertracking

Wonach wir suchen

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Werksmeister/HTL/FH/TU) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich E/E-Inbetriebnahme, Diagnose oder Fahrzeugentwicklung von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Bussystemen (CAN, FlexRay, LIN)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Diagnosetools (z. B. Monaco, CANalyzer)
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Auswertung von Traces sowie Datenloggern
- Verständnis von Prüfabläufen sowie Inbetriebnahme- und Produktionsprozessen im Automotive-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit OEMs, idealerweise Mercedes-Benz
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Dein Profil zählt!

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten , vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen €3.228 und € 4.355 brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
