As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:

Das Besondere an dieser Position

- Prüfung der Bestellvorschläge sowie Überwachung der Bestände
- Inhaltliche Verantwortung für die Bereiche Zukaufteile und Lohnbearbeitung einschließlich Terminüberwachung und Durchführung von Mahnungen bei Bedarf
- Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Lohnbearbeitern sowie deren Bewertung und Aufbau strategischer Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Bereichen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen „Order-to-Delivery“-Prozesses
- Steuerung von An- und Ausläufen sowie von Engpässen und Pflege der Stammdaten
- Analyse und Auswertung von Daten sowie entsprechende Aufbereitung und Darstellung
- Anwendung des bestehenden SAP-Systems sowie Verantwortung für die strukturierte Datenorganisation

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

- Technische / wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger (> 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung
- Analytisches Denken in Verbindung mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke
- Erfahrung hinsichtlich der Bearbeitung und Lösung von Konflikten
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität im Denken und Handeln
- Teamplayer mit Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
