Responsibilities

You own the Microsoft Power Platform at TeamViewer: administration, operations and development. You run and further develop our Power Platform and Copilot Studio landscape, build pipelines and automation, manage connectors including custom connectors, and support our AI Advocates in turning ideas into working, compliant solutions.

- Administer and operate the Power Platform: environments, Managed Environments, Dataverse, capacity, licensing, DLP policies and tenant settings

- Run and develop Copilot Studio: agent design, topics, actions, knowledge sources, channels, testing, monitoring and lifecycle

- Build and maintain Power Platform pipelines, ALM and release processes for solutions across development, test and production environments

- Manage connectors end to end, including building, securing and maintaining custom connectors and their authentication

- Develop and automate solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse, including admin automation and governance reporting

- Coach and support AI Advocates and citizen developers in creating, reviewing and deploying Copilot Studio solutions

- Monitor platform health, usage, adoption and cost; troubleshoot incidents and handle service requests as second and third level support

- Keep governance standards, security controls and documentation current and practical

Requirements

- Several years of hands-on experience administering and developing the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment

- Proven experience building and operating Copilot Studio agents in production

- Practical experience with Power Platform pipelines and ALM, including solution management and deployments

- Solid experience with connector management, including creating and maintaining custom connectors and their authentication

- Strong development skills in Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse

- Working knowledge of Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP, security roles and licensing

- Very good communication skills in English; able to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues and to enable and support a community of business users

- Structured, analytical troubleshooting and the ability to work independently across global teams

Nice to have

- Microsoft certification PL-600, PL-400 or PL-200

- Scripting and API experience, for example PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub, Microsoft Graph

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and Responsible AI practices

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
